I've been a Smugmug Pro user for three years now, and I STILL learned about five valuable bits of information that I didn't know about. (I tended to be of the mindset, "If you're not sure what that button does, then don't click on it!) But your seminar showed that a lot of those unclicked tabs and buttons are hiding some very powerful features... untapped by most users. I originally thought that your most basic courses in using a Smugmug account or on Search Engine optimization wouldn't have much to offer a Pro user, but I was very pleasantly surprised. After attending both seminars, I walked away with some knowledge that will make running a professional photo website a whole lot easier. Not bad for a Freebie! If that's the stuff you give away for free, I can only imagine how much great info your paid seminars must hold. By the way, check your email at Wolfsnap for a surprise I hope you'll like...
